HP India — Delay in gas delivery | |||||
This is being a repeated issue for me to drop down a complaint regarding delay in gas delivery from sujatha gas agencies[protected] I am consumer of hp gas with consumer no 723648. I have booked a refill on 31st may 2017 vied booking number 596578 and i have received cash memo through message vied no 1076198 on 1st june 2017. I am very sorry to say that this is the third time i am writing a complaint against the gas distribution agency sujatha gas agency. In spite of calling them for several times they repeatedly they are telling same thing that the gas will be delivered to you by today and we wait for the gas for the whole day but the gas is not delivered by the end of the say and the same thing continues everyday. It has been 5 days since the distributor is saying the same thing. It is not possible for us to wait for the gas whole day when they are giving an assurance that the gas will be delivered in that day. I hope that my complaint is being taken into consideration and i hope that the gas gets delivered to my address on time because the reputation of the esteemed company gets demoralized due to the ill functioning of the services provided by the agency.
