[Resolved] HP India — Inkjet Cartridge 678 Black | |||||
I purchased an black ink cartridge from Amazon on 16 Feb 2016. The ink level shows almost full but cannot print letters or photocopies. The colour part works fine. Called the 1800 number but could not connect(?) A friend who was visiting from Australia and is a printer technician said the flow of ink in the cartridge seems to have dried out.
