Sir/madam, I have purchased an hp laptop on 19/04/2017 in hyderabad. From the time we have purchased the laptop it is giving trouble off and on, every time some engineer/technician comes, gives some opinion, makes some changes and the computer works for some time and then the computer stops working again Hp notebook 15 Sl no.
