While purchasing HP laptop in Hyderabad, India, they assured me that product service is available globally and on this basis I purchased a laptop and moved to Paris, France for my masters. Within few months, lap top stopped working and immediately raised a compliant but France support team refused the extend support after lagging the compliant for more than 2 months; being a student and without laptop for more than 2 months, how can I survive and now they even refused to extend support. Product serial number 8CG8213KDM Reference number [protected] Do you want to resolve the matter and do I need to find alternative solutions legally applicable? And also I am compelled to publish this cheating in the social media, google, govt india consumer forums, and everywhere so that no Indian who is traveling abroad shall purchase HP products. HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 07, 2019 Updated by hcorrie10 Contacted customer care and they say warranty is not applicable is spare part is not available in abroad so global warranty is not applicable but HP india is cheating customers who are traveling Abroad. Don’t but HP products in case you are traveling abroad.

My 4 months old HP laptop's system audio devices have failed to function. After trouble shooting the message displayed that troubleshoot is unablee to detect any speaker.s... Customer care toll free numbers of HP are also not responding.
