HP India — very disappointed in your product and will never recommend or buy one in future

In just 15 days from purchase my 40, 000 Rs laptop had an internal screen crack without any external pressure.The service engineer agreed to get the screen replaced when from next day the company started ignoring our calls.Now they want us to admit it was our fault and pay extra.
