Hr Recruiter — fraud job consultants

On 24 july 2017, at 5:30 pm i got a call from ms. Amrit ([protected]). She told me that she is calling from shine.com regarding job. After explaining me job details she told me to visit there office for interview. Two times i asked her "is there any charges". But she refused both time no there is no charges.
On the next day i visited there office for interview, where i meet ms. Anuradha.
After asking me 2-3 easy questions, she asked me to submit rs.1000 for document verification and employee id generation. I told her that i asked to your representative (Ms. Amrit) about charges but she told no there is no charges then why are you asking for rs.1000 now. She told me that it is refundable so don't worry, it is just like security amount. I gave her rs.1000 and ask her for payment receipt but she refused and told me to meet her again on 28 july 2017 as on that date she will give me details about gd, which is going to be taken by mr. Deepak kamat (Her so called axis bank hr) on 30 july 2017 in one of hotels in delhi. I again asked her how a bank hr officially take gd on some hotel on sunday, then she told me he (Mr. Deepak kamat, her so called axis bank hr) is her good friend so he is taking gd's on every sunday.
On 28 july 2017 when i reached to her office, she told me my training letter has come and i need to pay rs.1500 for training fees. Just after listening these words by her, i get so angry. I told her why should i pay training fees. She told me your all formalities are done now you have to only pay rs.1500 and from monday (31 july 2017) you will get posting in axis house, noida sector 128. But i refuse to pay. I can understand that are fraud.
Today (29 july 2017) i called to ms. Amrit, who called me first time for the inerview and asked her, as you told me you are calling from shine.com but you are fraud you are cheater, you told me there is no charges but now you are charging rs.[protected]+1500). And still there is no hope that you guys have any opening. She disconnected my call. After that i called her several time but she can't pick up my call. So i text her that my father is in delhi police and i am going to register a complaint against you guys and i am coming with my father on monday to get my money back.
After some time ms. Anuradha (To whom i met in office) text me with my message which i send to ms. Amrit that she is going to complaint police against me.
This is like - "ulta chor kotwal ko daante"
Now what i can do, because this time i don't want to let go these people easily. I am sure there were cheated so many innocent job aspirants. Just for once they can't think about anyone, in which situations these job aspirants are.
