I got my ticket cancelled on 13th February, 2021 for my 2 volvo tickets from Shimla to Delhi. I got the message that the amount will be refunded within 5 business days. I paid through Paytm wallet. I haven't received my refund yet. No response on email as well. This with ref to failed transaction vide ref no OB[protected] With user name: Sonu Ram dated 01.07.21, service no 1139.
It's been a month and I haven't got any refund which is for INR 719.
I have been fooled by customer service that the same would be refunded lates by a week but this is not done till date.
Kindly take the matter on priority and resolve it
