HSBC Bank — Regarding credit card full and final closure | |||
Hi, I closed the credit card NO:4384xxxxxxxx1609 in the year 2009 as SETTLED for HSBC. My CIBIL track record is showing as SETTLED. I want to remove the SETTLED status from my CIBIL track record. The amount waived off by HSBC is around 90, 000 INR in 2009. The bank official asked me pay around 150, 000 INR now to remove the SETTLED status in the CIBIL report which is not acceptable.
