I made the recharge of rs. 880 on sun direct dth device number [protected].
But amount was deducted and device was not recharged.

They are saying that they you will transfer the amount to e-wallet at irechargeonline.com. The amount in e-wallet can be used to recharge the devices later. But there is no e wallet.
