Order number: [protected] Order placed on:Thu, 31-Dec-2015 11:34 am I didn't receive my order after 15 days since I placed my order. I contacted Xiaomi Customer Service and they asked me to contact FedEx, regarding the shipment. I contacted FedEx and they said the shipment was lost. So I canceled my order after that. Xiaomi accepted my cancellation and they started the process for cancellation. Till date I didn't receive my money refund & the response from Xiaomi customer service for this is very very unfair. I blind now and don't know what to do. Even escalated this with xiaomi customer service supervisors (Abisheik, Ranbir & other guy) nothing has happened. At present the status of my order is 'Order Misplaced' Totally frustrated with xiaomi now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
