I have purchased honor 9n mobile on[protected]. But only 10 days after, its display has gone faulty. Then i have visited to the (Neil communication, c-10, 1st floor, sector 10, noida - 201301) on dated 12 feb 2019, after given the mobile to your service center for resolving the issue, they told me that you can come after 5 days to receive your mobile. But after 10 days (On dated 20 feb 2019 when i have to go to service center then i found that the problem is the same. If you can not resolve the problem within 10 days whats the service giving you... Very poor service...
At this point i wish i had never bought a product from honor as the customer service has been awful. I spent a lot of money on a phone and it is frustrating it was faulty but what is even more frustrating is how poorly i have been treated... Was this information helpful? |
