I bought huawei mate 10 mocha on november 2018,
Since i bought it, i have a malfunctioning with only the calendar notification, which i cannot neglect,
As my mobile is a business mobile and i cannot live with that error
I referred to the service center many times with no progress
I offer them to trade it in and to replace it to me with mate 20 and i will pay the difference

    I have brought your huwaei mate 20 pro last month which has a highlighted ip68 dust and water proof technology . Last day i just dipped my phone in water and now my phone is not working. I want a proper solution for this seriously are you kidding us.If the phone is ip68 water proof it should sustain a water jet but see now i just dipped my phone in water for less than 3 minutes and that too less than 30cm depth.I trust huwaei that is why I brought such expensive product from huwaei and now i am disappointed. Please do the needful

      నేను హానర్ 10 లైట్ మొబైల్ 17.03.2019 కొన్నాను. ఆ మొబైల్ 6 జిబి ర్యామ్ అని, బాగా వర్క్ చేస్తుందని కొన్నాను. కాని ఆ మొబైల్ 3 జి.బి ర్యామ్ మాదిరి కూడా పనిచేయుటలేదు. ప్రెండ్ మొబైల్ హానర్ 9 సి 4 జి.బి ర్యామ్, నా మొబైల్ తో ఇద్దరము ఒక యాప్ డౌన్ లోడ్ చేస్తే 4 జి.బి ర్యామ్ లో 100% వస్తే నా మొబైల్ నందు 49% మాత్రమే డౌన్లోడ్ అయినది.
      కాబట్టి నా మొబైల్ ను సరిచేయండి లేదా నాకు మీ కంపినీ దే బాగా పని చేసే వేరే మొబైల్ అన్న వివ్వండి.

        Honor 9n - lot of yellow patches on the screen. Since there is a small hair line damage on the screen, service team is not ready to provide any warranty replacement for the screen. This is not correct solution by honor. Company can not refuse to foc replacement for the yellow patches because of damage.
        This is not a correct rule.
        Also this mobile will damage even if is fallen small distance. I have shown this to many people in my company and also informed everyone "not to buy honor product".
        It is my duty to caution the public not to buy honor products. I am working hard so that i can save many people from buying this product. Already successfully stopped 1 person from buying your product.
        My huawei 4G hotspot is a good device expect its battery.the battery is very poor and its swelling day by day...i am in fear that will it explode.. i cant even put the back case because of the swelling. if i didn't get any responce i am going to switch to jio mifi.

          Hi, I'm using P10 Plus and the phone in dangerous mode. The cover on top portion start to detached. I attached my phone picture as well. I'm a hard core fan of Huawei and feel sad to see the quality of the phone which is dangerous for customer.

            I have using honor 9i. And it was complainted just one year and one month using. I given the mobile to your service center for resolving the issue, but they told me that they have no repairing system and only have board replacement and it costed rs 9500. As a customer the phone was used only one year and one month but the repairing cost is rs9500. I am very much disappointed about your products quality and your customer care guy was told that "honor phone quality available only for one year. After that remove the phone. Kindly give any good will to me or help.

              I have pre-booked honor view 20 smartphone on 11th january 2019 with purchase of rs. 1000/- coupon. According to that i have to purchase the smartphone before 7th february 2019 and redeem the coupon. But their website is not opening the page and the customer care person told me that their website is upgrading so i won't be able to make the purchase and upgrade will take approximately a month so i won't be able to purchase the phone and my amount will be refunded. This problem occurred on 1st feb 2019 and phone launched just couple of days before that. So what's the meaning of pre-book if they can't fulfill it?
              Yesterday I bought Huawei nova 3i.sudden phone switch offed. Till now it continues.. Please take my complaint...

                Huawei mate 20 pro blue csh no. 215761 was prchased from croma saket new delhi vide inv no. Sla[protected] dated 30.12.2018.

                As the mobile in question was showing problem with regard to sound issue, it was handed over to croma store during ist week of jan., 2019 and it was returned back to me after 3 days saying that the problem has been rectified. But i am sorry to inform that the same issue was again observed and now again mobile has been handed over to croma service desk saket new delhi vide gan no. Del27011ws00481, product id 215761, dated 27.01.2019.
                As can been seen, this product of huawei is having manufacturing defect and to maintain the dignity and standard customer service of the company like huawei, it is expected that a new replaced mobile is given keeping in view the manufacturing defect instead of getting it repaird time and again.
                An immediate and positive response is expected.
                After updated the new versionsoftware, it has happened the problem as attached photo. my phone is p20pro

                  I am using huawei y5 2017, model mya-l22 phone.in this phone, volte network is not available directly. And we cannot make a direct phone call like other normal sim. Now i used to make a call by using (Jio4gvoice) apps. Without being active in data, the phone call is imposible. It means when your network will not work in your phone then the calling activity will automatically stop. So, please upgrade the version. Of huawei y5 having 4g lte/ volte features.

                    My device honor view 10 is showing over heating issues while charging and also in normal use. already done cache clearing process, formatting, factory reset and done all primary solutions which none of any worked and also taken the device for more than twice to authorized service center as per hicare honor online instructions for diagnosis but the technicians could not find any solutions either and also send mails of bug reports to customer care which is service.hw.[protected]@huawei.com as per instructions. this customer care service is pathetic and very disturbing as none of them could find any solution for the issue raised.

                        With in the warranty period, i experienced phone touch issues.

                        When i took the phone to authorized huawei service centre they claim the phone touch to be fake.
                        I'm writing you this email because Google play music don't have equalizer only for huawei why?? I need equalizer like concert hall all equalizer like samsung it have equalizer in google play music... So if you do it should be really good... Thank you...

                          I had given my honor 8x on 6th january due to a mic malfuction to the huawei service center... Since it was in the warrenty period they had told me that the phone will be available within 7 days.. But now its 10 days and still i have not got my phone... According to them the parts havent reached the service center... But that is not an excuse.. Pls do the needful and speed up the process...

                            I returned an honor view 10 on the 13th december and should be receiving a replacement handset as the phone was faulty on arrival. Since returning i have called multiple times yet i have still not had a replacement. I speak to staff who can't help, i receive no email communications and despite requesting management to call me back nobody has. At this point i wish i had never bought a product from honor as the customer service has been awful. I spent a lot of money on a phone and it is frustrating it was faulty but what is even more frustrating is how poorly i have been treated.                               When i am making a call to customer care for bank or phone issue, there we must the customer id or phone number which donot have delete button to make the correction. It leads to make me walk to bank or to borrow other's phone. Can you fix it up. Even though it's small a button add and click function it plays a role too.

                              Multiple screen display should also include the dialer screen too to type the numbers by seeing in other source.

                              Provide an alternative option to reset the safe password in the situation when i forgot my password and also security question instead of formating the phone.

                              Minimum limit of brightness during the dark light should be reduced even more as it cause eye irritation more

                              Sound quality of the music is very poor. Can have the maximum limit extended with improved sound quality.

                              Provide rename the music tracks option in the music app rather than doing it in files=audios or videos.
                              I would appreciate it if it's taken care in next software upgrade release.
                              When i create my own playlist I can't change songs playing order. I'm using Honor 10 smartphone. Emui 8.1.0. music app 12.0.0.332

                                Dear Team,

                                First, I would like to thank you for the past few years that I spent with your products, I really enjoyed the quality of it that helped me over the years to make my life easier.

                                Second, I am really feeling sad that the years have been ended and I made my decision to never use Huawei devices again after the unprofessionalism and the disrespect that I faced from your customer support.

                                Let me mention the issue exactly for your information;

                                I called the customer support asking for a spare part (battery) for my phone last Thursday 20th of December, they kept mentioning that they would reach me soon, with no reply for 5 days, during this days I was calling everyday to ask for an update and I got a lot of promises to check and solve that soon with no reply.

                                At the end a customer support representative called me and asked me to reach the branch (Technocare) that working till 7:00 PM as she mentioned.
                                After I reached the branch at 6:00 PM I found it closed, I called the call center and they informed me that the branch should be open till 7:00 PM. They asked me to go home for now and he would open a complaint for that.
                                After one day I got a call from the customer support who said “sorry the branch changed the working hours and didn’t inform us” and when I asked what the action he should take for that he replied “nothing, we will send someone to you to take the phone (which is the normal procedures)” and when I told him that this is not acceptable and I really thinking to not get any Huawei device again under this bad service, “how can I help you further” he said, and ended the call.

                                I am really in shock from the level of service that has been offered from one of the biggest companies in world which make me ask myself, did the main office knows about this unprofessionalism and the disrespect of customer support?

                                I hope you can handle this email in a serious way to improve your after-selling services and take the necessary actions for your best future in the middle east market, please consider this as a raising-flag from a FAN wish you the best.

                                  I own a honor play phone just 3 months before
                                  Bt honor phn scratch guard n phn cases are not available easily yet i applied a scratch guard after searching for long time
                                  My phone felled down from very small height yet my screen broke down n it is not repair able under warrnty now thos thing is causing me a damge of 4000 which is a big amount
                                  I would suggest people not to take this phone because of this thing

                                    I am complanting against the cervice centre staffs. Huawei honor9i is my phone, suddenely it got a touch complaint. Then i gave my phone geecell huawei cervice centre in killipalam, karamana, trivandrum on 04/12/2018. They told me, they want 7 to 10 days for the repair. Today finished 20days, after 10 days i called them every 2 days the told me the spair is not come. I dont have spare phone for using. They did not give me a correct information

                                      I have been facing lag issues while playing games.
                                      Even flash games face lag issue.
                                      I have view 10 and even after spending 30k i am not at all pleased with the phone.
                                      Truly disappointed with heating, lagging and touch issues.
                                      I chose honor over ome plus and now it makes me feel like i have wasted my money on trash.
                                      Even 15k cell phones are running smoother than my 30k device.
                                      Even after all the ### i had to face i still believe that huawei won't disappoint me and solve my issue within days.
                                      I hope to get a response soon.
