The phone was exactly released on october 14 and i purchased the product.

Its not even 1 month and the phone screen is cracked, it was just inside my bagpack... What kind of screen strength it is. I was really happy with the phone and this thing has disappointed me. My entire family uses honor phone series but and trusting that i went for honor 9 but this is really dissapointing.

I expect a free screen change as it was not accidental damage.

Hello I have been order the honor 3 band watch on 14nov 2017 but still I did not receive the product and I have been called many time to ur customer service but they are not supporting to me form 8 days so when I can get the product either I have to complaint near my police station

Hello, I am using Honor 9i from 2 months. Camera is very disappointing and Every picture clicked from this phone gets blur for all the modes of camera.
so kindly help to update a new software which will fix this BUG.
