Huawei Honor — honor 9 lite / company refuses to reappear my phone under warranty

I visit huawei service center in chandigarh 3 times in a week, actually phone auto operates, my phone is in warranty yet they refused to take my phone for reappear the company itself confess in policy that if there is breakage on display the phone would not be reappeared, but there is not even a small scratch on my phone's display... Please do justice
