The old saying, 'larger the stature is worse the facilties are' most of the time goes right, specially if it is concerned about electronic gadgets.
I, shubham karn, using a phone huawei honor 5c which is working quite good, but somehow the rear camera outer glass got shattered and i was left with no help other than visiting the service center.
Before that i made a call to the huawei helpline number and discussed the whole scenario...

I visit huawei service center in chandigarh 3 times in a week, actually phone auto operates, my phone is in warranty yet they refused to take my phone for reappear the company itself confess in policy that if there is breakage on display the phone would not be reappeared, but there is not even a small scratch on my phone's display... Please do justice...

I purchased two honor 9 lite phones one with 32 gb and another 64gb last month. My 64 gb honor lite is not working properly. I purchased it online from website. The problem is that when my phone rings and i have a call on phone when i pick the call phone automatically gets switched off also when i make the call.
