I purchased two honor 9 lite phones one with 32 gb and another 64gb last month. My 64 gb honor lite is not working properly. I purchased it online from website. The problem is that when my phone rings and i have a call on phone when i pick the call phone automatically gets switched off also when i make the call. So i am unable to make a call and recieve the call. I also called honor customer care centre they told me some trouble shoots and also about factory reset but still my phone is not working properly. I am unable to recieve my important calls so i have to trasfer my sim to another phone. I am very much disappointed. I already have four honor make phones at my home.
