Huawei — Huawei honor 6 h60-l04 mobile

Dear Huawei Team
I have purchased Huawei Honor 6 H60-L04 through Flipkart on[protected] Order ID#OD[protected] & Invoice # BLR_WFLD[protected]. (Invoice Attached for your reference).
My mobile not working and I have given to Service center for repair on 20-Jan-16 @10:47am WO No: HU16-A[protected]. Service center name RUN SERVICE INFOCARE PVT LTD; AMBIT IT PARK. D-BLOCK. 4TH FLOOR 32A&B. INDUSTRIAL ESTATE . AMBATTUR/ CHENNAI-600058. (Attached Work order for your reference)
• 20-Jan-16 Mobile given to Service center & they mentioned Out of warranty on Job sheet but my mobile under warranty. I have submitted the Flipkart Invoice also.
• So many times I have contacted service center. But no proper information.
• I have called Huawei customer care Complain # 18654936 – Dtd:04-Feb-16 @ 06:10PM. After so many follow-up No proper communication from Huawei Customer care tem. I have spoken to Mrs.Shalini, Mr.Santhosh, Arjun... Finally i have escalated to Asst.Manager Mr.Arvind. Every one told your mobile under service centre will update you ASAP till 12-Feb-16 I got same reply from them.
• 12-Feb-16 evening I have escalated to Flipkart. After that I got one call from Huawei customer care & they told your mobile got damaged (Inside ) it will not cover under warranty.
• Immediately I called Service center and I asked about this issue they told your mobile got damaged (Back side top) it will not cover under warranty & I have fighted with them they give Service HO no[protected] Mr.RAM KUMAR. But he told your mobile got damaged (Front side ) it will not cover under warranty. Still I have not got any proper solution
But I have given my Mobile in Proper condition & My Question is

1. If liquid/physical damage Why Service centre accepted my mobile?
2. If they received liquid/physical damage, why service centre mentioned in Job Sheet?
3. I have given my mobile on 20-Jan-16 and I got message on yesterday only. Why they have not informed before?
Really i don’t know the exact reason. I want clear update and solution for this. Otherwise i will go for Legal Case.
