Huawei — pf withdrawal online issue

Dear Sir,
I want to withdraw my PF amount from Huawei Telecommunication. I was worked under Manpower Agency in part of Huawei . But the withdrawal application only through Online. I tried so many time to apply online but my pan card was not updating due to some issue . But there is no reponds from Agency and company side . so i am in trouble . so Kindly help to solve this problem
