Dear sir,
This is inform to you that we have purchase honor 9 lite mobile 03.07.2018. After 01 month mobile touch screen problem face. We complain to huawei service center. They communicate me regarding my phone you drop a mail regarding pic phone for repairing. Same mail i send 01.09.2018. But no one cane pic my phone. Then we again we call to service center for regarding my mobile problem. And i ask to him ghaziabad service center no. They provide the same ghaziabad service center no. Shreejee enterprises. I visit the ghaziabad service center 21.09.2018. I told him my mobile problem. They inform me after 1 hour liquid found in mobile middle area. How can it possible. I am hundred percent sure my mobile never drop in water. If water go to in mobile how can it possible mobile still working. Only touch problem.
Note:- i stay in ghaiabad service center 1:30 hour. This time all warranty mobile defective.
I asked to shreejee enterprises please show me cctv footage during my mobile is repaired they are not denied for provide cctv footage.
When my mobile is under warranty why they charge me 177 rs. For your reference bill copy attached shreejee enterprises & mobile also attached.
I request to you please look this matter. They are not given proper solution.

    Dear team,
    Honor is selling mobile handsets with publicity of 4g volte phones but those are not really 4g volte phones. They are not having native vedio calling features which must be provided in all 4g volte phones. Jio also selling the lyf and flame phones with 4g volte from starting prices of rs 4000 and they are working at their best but honor phones costing more rs 20000 still they do not have native vedio calling feature. Honor is making customers fools by marketing all their products ranges as volte 4g supported but they are not. I bought honor view 10 mobile at rs 25000 which not having native vedio calling honor team told to use 3rd party apps for that but 3rd party apps consume lot of data and many places signals are weak where real volte 4g calls from jio doesn't consume any data even if you talk for whole day. I honor not resolving this issue from last 8 months as they marketed as 4g volte phone. Honor resolve the issue and take back my hand set and return my money.

      I purchased honor 9m on 10sep online from honor website with online payment.
      My order id [protected]. I inform honor representative regarding cancelling the order but they asked me to wait and return the product at the time of delivery. So i returned the product on 15 sep, still no refund initiated. The refund process is not showing in my profile on honor website.

      The product was returned on 15 sep its been 8 days but the product did not reached warehouse yet, kindly help
      Me and my friend have using the same exact model 9Iite with same specification. But i have worst camera clarity with my device.

        One month before i lodged the complaint that my phone charger is not working properly. They checked it and said wire cable has to replace, after 42 days also nobody had called me regarding my complain when i inquired then they said cable wire has come please collect. But when i checked it then it was not working, again they checked my phone and said charging point of my phone is loose. I do not know what they did with my phone now i am complete unable to charge my phone which was earlier charging by other chargers. Now they are telling to leave my phone with them for minimum 07 days and not providing any stand by phone. My question is when i came on 07.08.18 why they had not informed me correctly and till now my phone was getting charge from other charger but after touching them it is complete stopped charging by any charger. Before taking the phone i confirmed from them so they assured me that it will charge from other charges apart from huawai charger, how they can so reply irresponsible and lie to the customers. Please educate them and for god sake informed correctly to the clients because now in days you are also agree with me without phone so many work stopped because we are not able to use contact which are saved in the mobile. Now i am having doubts that in 7 days also i will get my phone or not.
        Vadodara service center employees are very high irresponsible and unqualified they don't know how to handle the problem. They misguided me and more than 01 month i was waiting from their reply but no communication came from their side, when i inquired then only they said new cable wire came as per their last statement regarding my phone fault.
        After 42 days when i could not get solution from them, then i approached again this time they said charging point of my phone is loose so its need to repair/change. I asked how much time it will take to resolve then they said minimum 07 days and they opened my phone for checking purpose.
        Its really big shocking for my after their checking my phone now i am not able to charge my phone from any charger. Before taking my phone from them they assured my it will charge from my existing charger. How funny huawei charger will not work for company phone and other charger will work? Anyway now i have no choice to left my phone with vadodara service center but i request you kindly instruct them to tell correct information to the customer and resolve the issue properly. I will not get any stand by phone from your side and resolve the issue within 07 days also very much doubtful. Please advice your engineers that provide my phone at the earliest with proper solution against my complaint.

            I am not able to apply app lock in perticular facebook messenger app. This is a big problem of this phon. I can secure all apps apart from facebook messenger.

            I can secure all apps with app lock. But only fb messenger can not protect can i get solution of this issue?

            Also there is no country option available to select as india. This phon is using in india still country selection option is not available in phon!

              I have purchased honor 9 lite product in the month of june 2018. After 2 or 3 days i came across problems on my handset. The handset usually hangs while receiving calls. The typing on the handset is also not very smooth. Just tell me if after spending 11000 rupees this kind of product quality is there then nobody will buy your product. Your service centres are overcrowded which also implies that your product is experiencing excessive complaints.
              Five years back i stopped using lava mobiles. And you just see that market share of lava has fallen how much. If you will not become customer oriented you will lose market share. See the market share and popularity of mi phones.

              I only request you to take back my handset and provide me a better product if in this process any extra payment is required i agree to that but expedite else i have to move legally.

                pf withdrawal online issue

                Have been using a mate 8 on official emui 5. Build no: nxt l29c185b560. Today i factory reset my phone to give it to my cousin. After reset i went through the initial set up (Gmail accounts, wifi etc) and after that when it finally lands me to my home screen... It is blank... No icons visible... No wallpaper... Nothing... I can access the notification shade and settings... Even google now... I can access apps via a quick local search via the google now app... But i can't access my home screen or app drawer... There are no icons... Just a black screen with my navigation buttons... Please please help!

                  This is regarding the hand set honor play mobile delivered today phone display defective issue(blue colour circle type pixel issue) .

                  Hi team i have disappointed with the defective honor product and lost trust & excitement i kindly request for refund of cash.

                  The product got delivered today and same day issues not acceptable.I have visited authorised honor service centre indiranagar they told to call customers service for resolving the problem.

                    I purchased mobile and got screen damaged with in 3 months of purchase,

                    When i went to service center they told it will took 7 days min to get repaired. The problem was of manufature defect. Because of the manufacure problem iam facing dificlty and need to get another phone for the daily use. The customer service desk is not giving proper nswer and telling me to contact flipkart s i purchased from the flip kart.

                    I need the phone to be replaced or return my money and take the phone back.

                    Curently i need to buy another mobile till my new phone got service back,

                      My honor 9i mobile display was not working due to recent oreo update.. So got it replaced at nearby huawei assured service center.. But within 15 days without any physical damage my screen got crack in the left side... It seems the screen was not replaced with original one.. Not at all satisfied with the service done by the center.. Completely worst experience.. I need original display screen to be replaced with the damaged one..

                        I have ordered one number honor 9n-4gb+64gb, blue mobile phone through your official website vide order no. [protected] dt. 23/08/201, online payment made for rs. 13999/- vide transaction details pos 81800006 at ccamoto txn #[protected].
                        As per delivery track record online, it indicates that the item shipped and in transit on 26th and 27th august 2018. On 28th august 2018, the track record indicates that the item ordered is rejected by me which is wrong without any basis. This means cheating the customer after receipt of money for the ordered item by your company. No mail received so far about the shipment of the item from warehouse.
                        You are requested to solve the issue immediately. If you are not able to supply the item as ordered, you may refund the money back to me.

                                  I wish to introduce myself that my name is gopi shanmugam, resident of chennai, tamilnadu, india – 600 104.

                                  This is to inform you that i always used to purchase most of the products such as mobile phones, television and other electronic goods of japanese products though it is little bit costlier than the other makers, since i am having such tremendous faith and confidence over you people as you would never compromise on the quality of the products.

                                  Thus, on 17th july, 2018 i have purchased a mobile phone of your make namely “huawei p20 lite midnight black with imei no. [protected] – [protected] through amazon india online shopping and the same was delivered to me on the very next day. Subsequently, i have started using the said mobile phone immediately on receipt of the same. While this be so, i have noticed intemperance warming on the device when it is used continuously for 10 minutes and i have not bothered and i thought it would be reduced on regular usage. But, it exists as on today. While this be so, during one night time usage of the first week of purchase a red line had appeared on the entire screen 3 mm from the right side edge of the device’s display when it was unlocked by using finger print and i thought the same might be the reflection of themes etc.,. But, it is very unfortunate that the said red line is appearing permanently on the display for the past 4 days which made me so embarrassed to use a defective device.

                                  Immediately, i have approached the online seller by name amazon india customer care and sought for replacement of the device by explaining the defects persist over the same and they have refused to accede my demand of replacement as they have no return policy after 10 days from the date of purchase and i have been instructed to approach your authorized service centre. Instantaneously, i have approached your authorized service centre at no.201/c 34, n. R dave complex, 1st floor, second avenue, anna nagar chennai – 600 040 with all particulars of purchase and the technicians of the service centre have accepted that there is a defect after through scrutiny and informed me that the same could be rectified by replacing the display only when i made a request to replace the device itself as it is very much covered under your replacement police as stipulated in the warranty card, since it has been used for less than 20 days from the date of purchase. They have also not even considered my request and i have been informed to approach the amazon online india for replacement. As a result, i have been thrown from pillar to post from the day one of my request for replacement of my gadget for almost a week by customer care services, personal visit to your outlets. Moreover, i am not happy about either of your service because the said issues have not been rectified from any of your end and your acts are clear violations of the trade policies and also purely against natural justice.

                                  Moreover, you are being a reputed company adopting such illegal methods to get extraordinary and illegal gain from genuine customer like me, is highly regrettable. Further, your service is not satisfactory and there is clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on your part. I have been put to undue hardship and mental agony from the day one of its purchase due to your conduct and deficiency of service and unfair trade practice and i am in distress by the conduct of your people. Now, i have no other alternate except to approach your good selves to recourse my remedy.

                                  Hence, i hereby request your good selves to direct any of your authorized service people to replace my device by extending your replacement policy to me as a special case considering the facts and circumstances of the case and kindly do the needful and oblige.
                                  I bought a mobile phone of honour in february and it became dead in June. I submitted the mobile in care 27th June. Generally service centre keep mobile phone 6-7 days and solve problems but they didn't do so untill now means 2 months passed now. I am suffering a lot of problems. I wish you will solve my problem. I will be thankful to you. Thanks

                                    Im harshad tiwari having honor 6x its touch is not working since 5 days
                                    I have already mailed for pickup request as im not having any honor service center nearby me.

                                    I dropped mail on August 07 and as per your customer care consultant i was expected to get a reply from them within 24 hours and now its been more than 48 hours and still they didnt revert and also i called again to customer care they said they are reverting but still i didnt get any.

                                    This is really pathetic! First im already facing problems due to inability to use the phone and on the top of that im not getting any response from your side either. This is really deplorable. Im frustrated deeply.

                                    Since im working in a reputed bank and i dont get much time for everyday calling to customer care and follow up them. Still i tried and didnt get response. Its your responsibility to serve your customers and not trying their patience.

                                    Now its again a request please pick up the phone from the below mentioned address and repair or replace the smartphone as soon as possible...

                                      Took the brand new p20lite mobile from amazon in the month of may-2018, within 2 month mobile battary completely drained, not able to switch on the mobile.
                                      Taken to registered service center at trivendrum,
                                      Person their analysed and said battery replacement is solution and asked to wait for 1-week as spare battery not available, after 1 week same person is saying they dont know about the dispatch status of the battery and asking me to come and collect the mobile back.

                                      Pl help in solving the issue. As i badly need the phone urgently.
