It has been almost a month since I ordered the St. Ives fresh skin apricot scrub. The order was despatched on 28 August and should have reached us by 1 September. The estimated order delivery date is also about to pass. I even tried calling your customer care dept. but they were of no help as they couldn't track the product. Now this is too much. HUL unilever Pure it device is leaking for the past week and after solving the problem twice it has again started leaking and after making cas for more than 9 times no one has come to solve the problem. HUL and TAJ services has given a disappointing service and this needs to be brought to notice.
