Humsafar Travels — improper boarding place

I booked the humsafar travels ticket from aurangabad to pune.

I was at the boarding place before 10 minites of given time, but the driver didnt boarded the bus properly (Not at exact place as mentioned in the e ticket) and due to improper services and guidance in humsafar office, i was skipped by the bus, so i have to travell extra 8 kms from the auto rikshaw to get the bus at next stop.

I request you to take the legal action against this improper management and serve better in future.
