Hyndai Motor India — Steering column defect | |||
I have given u the complain regarding this defect n also u have mailed me back on 25 March 2016. As you have said that the company person will contact us, but till now no one has called us n had a contact with us Also many times we have called the dealer Mai Hyundai Sangli and asked them about the complain we have launched you but they are saying that they have not received any complaint reguarding this from you or company. Also the dealer is saying that they dont have the replacement product with them n they have ordered that to the company but they have not received yet and we are waitng here from about 4 months. I am very much disappointed by your this service, and I think you and the company dont care for your customer. so you look into this matter at earliest and inform us and also the dealer in sangli and make the customer satisfied.
