Hypermarketkart.com — fraud website, received payment but did not deliver items and ran away with money

There are many complaints against hypermarketkart.com. And i am also a victim of this issue. Same thing happened with me, saw an ad in timesofindia bangalore newspaper on 12th september and placed order on hypermarketkart.com. Everything was looking genuine, payment method and even received sms and email saying my order will be delivered on 16th sept. Same thing is mentioned by all customers. I called their customer care number[protected] on friday, 15th sept and after multiple attempts one lady received the phone. I just asked about my order, she told it will be delivered. But the way she spoke it was not very professional like other ecommerce. Then i searched on internet and found that this is a fraud company and many complaints are already there. Now its too late, they are not replying of their support email id ([protected]@hypermarketkart.com) and their customer care number is also switched off since 3 days. I spoke to their payment gateway partner "payu". They also told, they have suspended hypermarket account and they are also not able to contact them. Seems they have ran away. But please take some action, i want refund for my order. Try to contact each source, who gave ad in timesofindia, catch that guy or is there any one who contacted on behalf of hypermarket to payu or other payment gateway. Because they had airtel bank, hdfc payzapp payment option. That means hypermarket tried all possible way to look genuine. So please take very hard action on this company. So that should not happen in future. Because there are many customers like me, who have lost their money and suffering. So please help and get me the refund amount. On their website this address is there - b1/c-18 masood pur vasant kunj opp sbi bank,
Delhi -110070. But i think this is also fake. Please catch these # and get me the refund amount and help.
