Hyundai — Brand new verna automatic transmission problem

I had purchased a brand New Verna Automatic SX Petrol and got delivery on the 22nd of April 2017! On the 12th of May I noticed that the car was no picking up when I pressed the accelerator and when I shifted the car to Triptronic the gear was stuck in 3rd gear and not changing down or up. I immediately called the Helpline and they sent a Flat Bed Tow truck complaint X[protected]IND. I informed the Tow truck driver to send the car to Alcon Hyundai however for some reason they sent it to Goa Hyundai. The next day I was called by a representative from Alcon Hyundai informing me that they did not receive the vehicle. After informing the Helpline where a rude operator blamed me for not informing them where the vehicle would need to go he washed his hands of transfering the vehicle from Goa Hyundai to Alcon Hyundai. Finally we managed to have one of the Service Managers from Alcon Hyundai to pick up the vehicle and take it to Alcon Hyundai Service Center. Today is the 16th of May the service center has not been able to diagnose the problem they have only told us there is a code appearing all the time and it does not go away. They have not specified what the actual problem is or what the code error is but as they are not able to identify the problem it seems to be a big issue. Let me please state also the car is 20 days old and driven 925km odd. To have such a major issue in relation to transmission on a brand new car is deeply disheartening. We didnt expect a brand new car to create problems and for us to have to repair it as it is not the point of buying a new car especially when we have put so much money to purchase the vehicle on loan.
