I had purchased Hyundai Xcent Car from Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg dated 05 September 2016, Registration Number MH-46-AD-3882. Last 10 months I had continuous follow for various documentation processes, but till no result. My Registration paper will receive after 4 month from delivery date. For CNG Endorsement, I had follow-up with Sales Executive Mrs. Geeta Patil for last 6 months, till date no result. I personally talk to Customer Car Executive Mrs. Jaya Nair, but no result. Every time she told me will update with half hours. But no update gives from Modi Hyundai, Kanjurmarg. Because of CNG Endorsement not done, I have bear expenses for CNG problem.

Request you to reseolve the problem and take action on Modi Hyundai, Kanjurmar. This kind of outlet have effect business of Hyundai Brand.

    I have sent my car on 16/02/2017 for stearing sound problem invoice no b[protected]. Your sercice man has done 1) wheel balancing, 2) wheel aligment. And told me there will be no problem. But the sound was as it is. I had marrige at home and i have run the car with rhe noise

    Again i have sent my car on 31/3/2017 for stering problem and colouring of car. I got my car on 09/04/2017 invoice no - b[protected]
    With the colour car. Within 2 hour i made a complian to mr amit your service man and sandip singh service manager[protected] for sterring noise
    He confirmed to send the car again. I have sent car on 12/04/2017. After checking the car for 2 days he told me there is problem in sterring box and he dont have sterring box. He will give order and it will take 1 week time for the sterring box. I got the delivery of the car on 13/04/2017 without any job done.
    After that i have given call to mr singh ji many time to check the avability of the parts, but dnt get good responce.
    On 04/05/2017 mr singh ji has given call to me and told me that he is picking the car for the stearing problem. I have left my car at home for the job. I have given him call at 11.30am that car is not yet picked up from my place. He told me not to worry, car will be picked and job will be done today only.
    At evening i have made call to mr singh ji and checked about my car. I m shoked to here that he has not picked my car and no jod has been done yet

    I m feelig as i m made fool from your service manager
    Both my front tyre is damaged due to stearing problem.
    Is these is the company policy that you change parts in 80 to 90 days
    Now what should i do and who will pay for the damage done for delay in the job.
    These type of behaviour will not be accepted.

    I need urgrent reply
    I purchased​ i20 active on 2/5/2017, on 3/5/2017 tyre was puncture and having crack at side of tyre.tyre was of goodyear
    Company.and Stephanie was of MRF company.
    My request is to get replacement of tyre

      Hello Sir,

      This is Mr.Abbasali Datari. I had purchased a new I10 Grand Magna on 30th Apr 2017. At the time of delivery, it was clearly mentioned that there should be no default in the new car. Before 1 day of delivery, I personally came to your showroom and Mr. Shree had promised that the car will be in perfect condition. After delivery we have noticed that there are scratches on Car Bumper and Bonnet. After that many follow-ups I was personally gone to Workshop, then Singh Hyundai executive was change my car bonnet and Bumper. It was very unsatisfying experience with your Singh Hyundai agency.

      Before 3 days I had submitted all documents related to RTO in RTO Dept, But still I have not received any updates from Singh Hyundai. Today I was call 4 times to Singh Hyundai and he was said me ”Concern person not available” What is this sir!!!

      “Me itna pareshan ho gya hu isse achha to me MARUTI SWIFT VDI le leta”

      Sir it is my humble request to please look into the matter personally and update me regarding the same.

        Don't get fooled by their low price offers by their customer agents. The fact is they won't do any servicing. It's a fake service center.

        I had a terrible experience and a shocker when i was taking my car back from service, they said car will be ready by 5.30PM but i didnt get it until 7PM. Moreover, i couldn't see even the tyres cleaned, or the underneath the car was never cleaned. Just taking out the car from the service center i knew that they didnt do anything, the driving experience was exactly the same.

        My car antennae was broken, which i managed to figure but they were adamand that they it didnt happen there. I know my car more than anyone else. They said its recorded and showed some clip which wasnt clear. I left it there, its a bad luck which landed me to this place.

        Don't want anyone else to get cheated by these people.

          I am been a proud owner of many hyundai vehicle over last 15 years. They manufacture some the best small cars for india road and are car price is value buying, however the service is cost is over the roof i am talking abt range of 8k to 10k for six months services which actually is % term is more expensive then luxury car. Say a 60 lakhs bmw shares me 50k for service i can understand but 5 lakhs car charging 12k for service is day light robbery.

          Even toyota and suzuki service is almost 50% cheap compare to hyundai

          This is going to me my last hyundai car i will buy a suzuki or nissan or toyota which have more reasonable service cost

          So to all future buyer car are good but service is very expensive double

            I had leaved my car bearing chassis no (Malam51dldm475311)
            Reg no (Jk05d-4241) for repairing at arise hyunda srinagar on 12/12/2016 but the car is still not ready till now. But today when i went to the showroom they show me the bill of more than one lakh and the parts have not be replaced which they are showing in the bill. When we contacted the manager of service about this fake bill he was not in a position to give me any justification we have also took photograps of both the car & the bill. Sir after this long span of time the car is still not ready. Sir i want you to intervene in this matter otherwise i will go to the consumer court to get justice there.

              Vehicle sent for repair on 20/4/2017 and time given by service center was 4 days. on 24/4/17 they replied for 2 more days requirement-I agreed, on 26/4/17 again they again replied for 4 more days, on 30/4/17 I personally visited the service center and vehicle was under maintenance and they agreed for completion and delivery of vehicle on 01/5/17 11am. Again they did not delivered my vehicle on 01/4/17. Finally they delivered the vehicle on 02/4/17 at 01:30 pm . Estimate of the repair was Rs.15000 and extended to Rs.18000. Finally they given the bill of Rs.20999 that also was not fare. Promise of the Service Manager Mr. Ravinder Bhatt was very rough. He is unable to give accurate delivery time. I never think they will harass me up to such an extent. In the mean time on 25/4/17 my father got shock of heart attack on 25/4/17 at 3 am and I was helpless and unable to get him up to hospital. I requested 4 taxi operators at night finally 1 taxi agreed and I got my father to PGI Chandigarh.

                Dear Mr Park
                I have purchased a Verna car in the year Oct 2014 from Blue Hyundai, Bangalore. This decision was taken on my experience of I 10 which I purchased 8 years back.
                But I am very unfortunate and regretting for my decision. I took extended warranty of 1 year too. Just after the warranty expired I noticed a noise in stearing and Clutch in the month of November 2016 when the vehicle completed just 3 years with 13945 KM of running only . I was informed by the Blue Hyundai peoples that it is the problem of my driving . Please note my age is 53 and running cars since last 30 years .
                I filed the complain to Hyundai and then they picked the car again and rectified the stearing noise and clutch noise. In this regards I gave a confirmation of satisfactory servicing to Blue Hyundai on their request. I paid Rs. 18749 for invoice No B[protected] dt 4/11/2016 to Blue Hyundai .
                Again the same clutch problem raised on 30/ 04/2017 just after 6 months at meter reading of 16246 Km after 2300 Km of running only . Again Blue Hyundai picked the car and informed that problem in clutch and will check after opening it and estimate may be up to Rs 26000.
                Today I am trying to send my car to other Hyundai Authorised service station for 2nd opinion .
                I would like to know, is Hyundai making the vehicle where the problem comes only after running of 16000 to 18000 Km . If some problem in driving of a 30 years experienced unskilled driver run this sophisticated car fitted with hydraulic clutch unlike I 10 . And if it is so, why not Hyundai ask to take a test of driving / training of driving before selling Verna so called hydraulic clutch in Bangalore where driving is mostly bumper to bumper .
                Would like to understand you as MD what should I do of this vehicle if my average annual running is 4600 Km only and pay Rs 45000 per annum apart from Diesel.

                  I had purchased the i10 IRA car on Jan. 2010 at Nagpur from M/s Ketan Hyundai.Vehicle No. MH31 DC 1026.

                  It is to bring to your kind notice that for the last one and half year are so I am facing the problem of non-appearance of key on dashboard intermittently. This was brought to the knowledge of Recognized service center i.e. Ketan Hyundai at that time. M/s Ketan Hyundai changed the immobilizer, but it does not solve the problem. I also wrote a complaint in this regard on your website but no response from your side too. I had given the full postal address along with email and mob. no. and again I am forwarding the same to you . Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. and try to send some Automobile Engineer or Mechanical Engineer to sort out the problem. I had also shown the car to another Authorised Hyundai dealer i.e. Shree Hyundai at Ramdaspeth, Nagpur. Tomorrow I am sending the vehicle to them for this only problem.
                  Due to fear of this I am unable to take out my vehicle out of the city.

                    I have booked a hyundai car in neel hyundai pune.10 days ago from the day when i booked a car not a one call came from the showroom.in this 10 days i have call to the executive for my car loan each an every day. Before 1 day go the executive told us that ur loan is approved please come &pay the down payment. So yesterday we have gone to showroom to pay the down payment suddenly the told us that ur loan is rejected. I ask the reason but i didn't got ans properly from their so got very bad service from the showroom.

                      I bought hyundai i20 elite last year and at the time of purchase i was given an offer of teflon coating worth rs. 5000 for 3 times and i was assured that it will be taken care of in the best manner.

                      But after my first service when i went for teflon coating in hyundai Una himachal. They refused me saying that the person responsible is not available and so it has been around one and a half year they are refusing me for the same.

                      Look into the matter and do the needful.

                        I have given my hyundai verna car for repair on akashdeep hyundai service centre sambalpur Odisha, they told me that they will deliver the car within 10, after 15 day they are saying that till now they don't have spare parts, spare parts we have ordered but don't know when it will come, than again i have requested for spare delivery time & car delivery date they are rudely reply that we don't know whether spare is coming from Korea or chennai, I just wanted to know that whether car bummer, fog lights is not available in India. Is it the way hyundai is behaving with customers.

                            I am writing this today to explain about how bad experience i had with sasya Hyundai karimnagar

                            My car met with an accident and i went to sasya Hyundai karimnagar and described them the incident, Mr srinivas supported me to write the incident on the paper, after few days Mr. Srinivas and the team not at all responding to the calls and etc.

                            What is the purpose of getting the car at the service station for Hyundai when these people can not help me when damages happens.
                            Managers at work shop attended so casually and made me to write incident without seriously recognising it.

                            The vehicle was given for repair on 14th of Feb 2017 the insurance people had approved but till no repair was done to it.

                            These people are not yet responding to the customers . I had a very bad experience .

                            Still not yet Repaired it already 2months

                              This is regarding the complaint against Hyundai Morani motors, Tonk road, Jaipur. I am not satisfied with the service being provided by the showroom staff. I have not been given my registration certificate (R.C) for my car. The employee working in the showroom with whom my paper work so to be done, had left the job without completing the due procedure. Now the staff in showroom is asking me to search for that employee on my own.
                              Is it my duty ?
                              I had not accepted this behavior from such a reputable organization. Would like you to have a look regarding the subject.

                                With due respect we would like to inform you that we have sent our xcent vehicle to our golden hyundai showroom in salem by means of free pick option but they did some scratches right side back door but we didn't accept that because while we gave it's not there even though the slip which they gave to me has no marks, their speech is not at all compromising

                                  I purchased my i10 magna 1.1 car in 2012 from hyundai showroom noida sector 63, today morning when i started drive, steering was fully jammed, very difficult to steer. When discussed with mechanic he told me this very well know issue with i10, now i am feeling cheated, as hyundai already know this issue. Why they have sold without correcting this issue.

                                  Kindly advice me, how can we resolve this issue as this two much expensive part.

                                    On hill slopes, say, all cars ahead o[censored]s are moving at certain speed (40-60 kmph) and in a rhythm say at 3rd or 4th gear. Suddenly, if everybody slow down (Not halt) we shift gears. That time when i shift gears from 3rd or 4th to 2nd, my car refuses...

                                    During my third servicing of i10 sports in bettiah hyundai showroom. They had provided poor servicing as well as they had disturbed my wheel alignment and due to this my both front wheel has completely damaged where as my car has run only 8070 k. M only. Please give your positive and valuable feed back regarding this matter. I shall make a complaint against the hyundai show room regarding this poor servicing and disturbed my wheel alignment. They had provided three times of wheel alignment with in a year. Inspite of this my wheel has completely damaged.

                                      Dear Madam,

                                      Infact I wanted to drop a mail to your company. While I wanted to send my car to you, my friends were discouraging me and they were saying that you are meant for billing and not for servicing the car. This time I had an unforgettable experience and due to that henceforth I don't want to give my car to you for servicing and your office is behaving just MONEY SUCKING MACHINE. I asked to carry only 4 repairs and out of which 3 were not able to do due to cost estimate. For car servicing they gave estimate of Rs.8, 000/- with 10% discount. But the car came with bill of Rs.12, 000/- While I interacted for 2 hours, I understood that there is no clear cut knowledge on the vehicle and finally the front office Mr.Gajnedran came out SORRY SIR. They have charged for car cleaning and if you see the front side car door still with dust and rubbish.
