Hyundai — Car servicing - sindhu bhavan service station ahmedabad | |||
Really upset with the way things get managed at Hyundai service station sindhu bhavan Ahmadabad. Every time i have faced issue whenever my car has gone for servicing. Recent point which really triggered me to raise complaint was, my Hyundai I10 GJ1RC 2924 met with an small accident on 30th September and immediately after the accident we took the car to the service station for the assessment and estimation of damage and after complete check it was confirmed that only bumper was damaged and it will changed and we were given estimation of Rs 6000, on Monday 2nd November we took our car again to the service station and it was again confirmed that only bumper is damaged. But from 3rd November i started receiving calls that Aslali work station that not only bumper but Ac is also damaged and some panel is also broken and total estimate will be Rs 6000 + Rs 9000 + labour charges . And when i started inquiring about the damage and also why it was not communicated earlier the time we had taken our car for assessment for the first time i started getting loose and vague answers. My question is - 1.What was the point of taking may car immediately after accident for assessment at the service station. 2. Why it was not completely checked at the first time as checking under the bumper does not require some special skills, 3. Dont we have experienced staff at the service station and why customer is harassed afterwards. Resolution expected - I want my car to be repaired with the estimate given to me for the first time ie. rs 6000. Was this information helpful? | |||
