I am Joy Punnasariyil, Marayoor, Kerala, India( Mob no.[protected]).I am decide to purchase the Hyundai-CRETA and had been given an advance to your dealer -Popular Motors Muvattupuzha, Eranakulam, Kerala, India, they informed me that my car should be deliver on 10/10/2015.On this words From the MD I had transfer the full payment to the dealer on 7/10/2015.But they should not deliver the vehicle to me yet now and not to respond to my call.On this circumstance I am Compelled to go to the court for Cheating and Physically, Mentally torture against me in the court of law and other necessary remedies.
