Hyundai — Delay to repair my car i 10 asta ....gj10 br 7756

My car now at jamanagar hapa sarvice center to repair from bate 4/12/2017. they can't diside about insurance and worrentabal matter.they can, t solwe problem last 5 days.and not replay also.
sometime they said that it is under insurance and sometime they said it is a part worranty. they can't decide.whot i do?
other local micanic and hundai servicer are abale to solwe problem but micanic of jamanagar hapa service center are can't find problem.
i have must requre my car.because i job and i can't reach without car.
my hambal request to give me my car.
servise empoyer said that i will sugest to head office. you will must wait to reply from head office.
