My new car was purchased just 3 months back. Just after 1st service, its A/C is not working. I bought this car from Popular Hyundai, Popular motor world private limited, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam dist., Kerala ph:[protected]

When I took the vehicle for check-up, the service station took it for leak test outside as there was no facility at service station. Later, next day, I got information that the cooling oil from A/c is leaked out. There is no specific reason for the leak. They are saying that it may be manufacturing defect. I have spend more than 9.5 lakh rupee for the new car and a defective car is the one I got. Please take this matter seriously and rectify the issue as early as possible. I got information that the spare is not available in stock and need to wait 4 to 5 days. This is not at all acceptable with a company like Hyundai and their sales outlet like Popular motors.
