Really upset with the way things get managed at Hyundai service station sindhu bhavan Ahmadabad.
Every time i have faced issue whenever my car has gone for servicing.

Recent point which really triggered me to raise complaint was, my Hyundai I10 GJ1RC 2924 met with an small accident on 30th September and immediately after the accident we took the car to the service station for the assessment and estimation of damage and after complete check it was confirmed that only bumper was damaged and it will changed and we were given estimation of Rs 6000, on Monday 2nd November we took our car again to the service station and it was again confirmed that only bumper is damaged.

But from 3rd November i started receiving calls that Aslali work station that not only bumper but Ac is also damaged and some panel is also broken and total estimate will be Rs 6000 + Rs 9000 + labour charges .

And when i started inquiring about the damage and also why it was not communicated earlier the time we had taken our car for assessment for the first time i started getting loose and vague answers.


My question is -
1.What was the point of taking may car immediately after accident for assessment at the service station.

2. Why it was not completely checked at the first time as checking under the bumper does not require some special skills,

3. Dont we have experienced staff at the service station and why customer is harassed afterwards.

Resolution expected - I want my car to be repaired with the estimate given to me for the first time ie. rs 6000.

    Greetings of the day from one of your dissatisfied & disappointed customer !!

    I like to share my experience of Hyundai showroom while getting delivery of my dream car from renowned Hyundai Show room M/s Hindustan Hyundai M I Road Jaipur, experience which really shattered my dream of owning Hyundai Car .

    As per my continuous previous discussion with Mr Satveer (Sales Consultant) regarding delivery timing of Hyundai Xcent CRDi, I reached Hindustan Hyundai @9:30 am on Monday 02/Nov/2015, to get delivery at 10:05 am as per advise from my Guru which was discussed in detail with Sales consultant since beginning for which Satveer confirmed that "we make delivery as per customer request" But arrogant staff behavior at Hindustan Hyundai welcomed me & my family as Mr Satveer was on leave & as per discussion with him, he confirmed on phone that Mr Amit or Mr Pankaj will take care of my car delivery as per Muhurat timing, when me & my Father inquired about same with person on reception, he asked us to move away from reception & asked us to talk to Mr Satveer as per him we should follow up with Mr Satveer only as we have handed over payment to Satveer ("Subah subah aap reception se hatiye, apne payment Satveer ko diya tha isliye usse baat kare"), he treated me & my family as beggars, also like to clear that we have already cleared all dues in advance through Cheque & cash ...What an experience !!

    When we followed up, Mr Prakash came at 9:50 am & asked us that are we here for car delivery, when we confirmed he said I will make delivery in next 10 minutes, he arranged car for us in time but when he handed over car to us it was full of dust, ribbons, accessories other things which are quite common during car delivery were added like customary things with attitude like everyone is doing some kind of favor or"Ehsaan" on us ...

    Our nightmare was not over only till delivery, at the time of delivery we asked weather it has required diesel to reach the closest fuel station on which Mr Prakash confirmed that car has at least 4-5 ltrs Diesel & we can get it filled from nearby fuel station & get another 5 ltrs amount reimbursed from them later on .. When we started car its ignition got off after reaching half kilometre, me & my brother had to push our new car to reach nearest fuel station ...

    Dear Concerned, I like to know is this the delivery system which is followed by Hyundai all across India or is it specific with me ?? Is it the policy of Hyundai to treat customer like Beggars ?? Are you convinced with the idea that if customer has made advance payment than he should be harassed or he is entitled for ill treatment in front of his family & other customers ??? I really like to understand is this the standard procedure of Hyundai to deliver dream car to customers ???

    My complete dream of owning a Hyundai car has been broken so badly by delivery experience of Hindustan Hyundai that now I don't want to drive my own car as that car has turned like a symbol of Harassment & insult for me ...

    I will share my this experience on Social media & public platforms as I don't want anyone to be treated like this while going for delivery of their dream car ...

    Shame on part of Hyundai & Hindustan Hyundai !!

    Disgusting Hindustan Hyundai as staff of Hindustan Hyundai is from Jaipur only, city which is synonym with guest treatment !! I think they have lost contact with their Jaipur roots ...

      I had booked a red color Hyundai Creta SX(O) from Laxmi Hyundai hyderabad on august 22. They promised me a delivery date by sept last week and again postponed it to october mid week. Now its november and still there is no update on the status. They are not even willing to tell a proper date of delivery howmuch ever we ask. as a customer I would ask Hyundai that we have our right to information and basis that i would like to know the exact status and delivery date of my vehicle which i paid the advance for. I own a ford also and this is the first time i am going for hyundai and i dint know that it was such a terrible company with tall claims and no values . The dealers is saying that hyundai is accepting bookins only for white color and all other colors wont be taken any time soon. If that is the case I woul like to ask Hyundai why release other colors if you cant make those. This is not the first incident as my friends red Hyundai xcent also had thsi same issue and he got it after 3 months. Pathetic

          Dear Sir,

          We purchased the new hyundai creta car one month back from M/S BABA HYUNDAI PVT LTD. After 20 days o[censored]se we were travelling from Ratlam to Indore which is just 135 KM away from Ratlam. While traveling the car suddenly stop in middle of the highway, and the temperature of the car suddenly rises. We then decided to move it physically in side of highway. We then open the bonet of the engine and found that the engine is heated up. We then asked them for the assistance from the company people who took around 3-4 hours to do the same. We then manage to reach the destination. After 2-3 days when we ask the company people to give us the details what happen to car, they said that the coolant was not there and there is some leakage in the coolant circulation which is invisible and the coolant was evaporating in air. When we meet the service head in our city, they told us that this is a manufacturing defect and we are coordinating with the company. We also raise over concern and registered our complain via phone and mail. But none of then replied to our queries, We have to take follow ups from the, m and they were just excusing us by telling us to talk to this person, drop mail on this ID or we are working on your issue. Neither they replied to our mail nor they replied to phone complain, and they simply tell us they have closed the complain. Executives here in our city showroom doesn't helps us as this is the only showroom in our city and have monopoly over it and just always say we are working on it. It has been passed more than 15 days and no positive things has been happen from the company side.

          I asked the company to replace and give me a new car, but they told us they cannot. How can I take a new car whose full engine is opened for repair in just 15 days of purchase and because of manufacturing defect of the company.

          We have taken a loan on car and our interest is adding and our capital has also been blocked and the company is not giving us the vehicle back.


          I want CNBC Awaaz to raise my concern thru there show Pehredar.

            I brought hyundai i10 magna model white color from NRL Hyundai Agra a month back. They are biggest cheaters in the world. They took all the money from me through online bank transfer and till now i have not got complete bills of the car and its accessories. They have provided me forged bills without any TIN number on it. When i asked about it they replied either take these bills or forget it. They have not even given me bill for the RTO registration. They have told to get the seat cover replaced which they haven't done till now.They provided same price quote for the white color and metallic color and when asked they refused to return any money. They are cheating the Tax depratments of india big time

              I have given my car for servicing on dt[protected] for minor repairing work to Utakal Hundai at there Gajpati nagar, Bhubaneswar Service center, First they took 3 days to understand the issue when the issue was identified for low pickup they said there is some problem with Engine parts i said ok whatever pls repair it at the earliest . This is surprising when i have visited the service center after 10 days they told still car is not repaired since they dont keep the costly parts here and they have ordered for the same and will take 2-3 more days for delivering my car . This is 16 days even till today i have not received any confirmation from there side and really feeling cheated. If a authorize service center takes 16 days for repairing a centro car than how long they will be taking for high end car. This kind of responsible behavior not at all acceptable by such an established brand. Regards Sujit

                By mistake I have chosen Hundai popular dealer to book the vehicle .there executives wrong commitment to waste my days.as per my humble advice to all never choose popular hundai kottayam beach .up to collect the cheque or cash they will care us after they will treat us waste .

                  Hyundai dealer Sai Auto Hyundai borivli east has increased the pricing of the creta car (1.6 diesel) without any information. All the money from self and bank has been taken on of before 15th Sept 2015, to avail the car during second week of Nov 2015. After the payment dealer is asking for additional money for process the car papers, saying 35 K approx need to be paid for delivery. During the period dealer has not at all shown any interest on support to customer. Now as company has increased the pricing we are increasing the same is the answer we are getting from them. There is no additional features are added to car - so y the increase is done. No one Hyundai or dealer is answering on the same. Similar issues has been faced during payment of insurance also, dealer was asking higher amount than std pricings in market - after lot of communications with Hyundai and dealer they have taken some action. this is absolute bulling on customers who believe on indian governments pricing policies.                     I had given my car for service and after the car came back from the service it had a severe breakdown and this id due to the same parts which they have repaired, replaced or tampered during the service and they are denying their fault and this is not the first time i am facing this problem from hyundai service providers(jaybharat Automobiles limited) chembur. please help

                      I am Arun from Coimbatore.. Recently AC kit in my new Huyndai xcent is not functioning as expected.. I have checked with the service of Chandra Huyndai in Coimbatore.. It's been a week time, I'm getting a response from them saying we are yet to receive the product from Chennai.. I really don't know and understand the delay of sending the parts from main branch in Chennai or I suspect it's been delayed from Chandra Huyndai service center.. Worst customer service from chnadta Huyndai..

                        I have booked a Grand i10 Asta car under exchange scheme on 27 Sept. 2015 on the day I have handed over my old Car Indica Vista which has been calculated of Rs. 1, 20, 000.00. the rest of the amount to be given at the time of delivery we have decide to take the delivery on 22nd of Oct 2015. meanwhile we have changed our mind to get the diesel variant instead of Petrol one. for this we have confirmed it to Mr. Avinash Shrivastav and asked him to give us the rest amount of the Car so that we can make it through RTGS. he has sent us the SMS for the amount to be paid by RTGS on dated 20 Oct 2015. Finally we have made the RTGS on 21st of Oct 2015 of Amount Rs. 5, 19, 450.00 and we have confirmed the receipt of payment by in person. and asked him to give us the Car on 22nd Oct 2015 on 12.00 PM Sharp as per our Muhurt. once we have made all these through and were ready to get the move of our Dreamed Car with the entire family, suddenly your person ask to pay us of Rs. 4200.00 more (by Mr. Bhanwar Singh) It was really surprising to us and I was feeling cheated. by this I was really shocked and thinking of my friends words that these companies can cheated anyone so be careful but I didn't take it seriously and I was just thinking of my Dreamed Car. but when I have been asked to pay more by this I was really thinking of my Friend's words and feeling that he was right. Now I have decided not to take my dreamed Car and ask my kids to cancel their trip with new Car. Sir this was exactly happened with me and I was supposed to post this letter or mail to the Hyundai too to ask the feeling of a person who has been cheated and left aside without a Car which is really a dream of anyone. Now you please to decide when to refund my amount I am waiting for my money to be refund. along with the amount of my old car which has been purchased by you of Rs. 1, 20, 000.00 and lying with you since 27th of Sep 2015 . I have transferred the amount of 21st Oct 2015 and today is 27th evening so these people are keeping my money since last 7 days and till now even they are not interested in making us the refund of our amount.                           Hi,

                          I booked Hyudai creta with Advaith (ORR show room) around 20th August. I have been promised to give delivery on Oct. 22nd 2015. But till now (26th Oct) I didn't get delivery and even didn't get any update on when will I get it.

                          My friend book same car (same variant and color) with Trident hundai around same time (22nd August) and he already got the delivery.
                          I am now regretting my decision to go with Advaith. I will advise others to be aware of this.

                            I have purchased hyundai creta from deora hyundai in jodhpur just 2 days back.When i visited the showroom they commited to deliver car in 15to20days.but the car was delivered after 3 mnts.I deposited about 1lac rs as booking amount.And after a month i deposited 10 lac rs more.Then i kept on calling but no response was there from them.Finally after 3mts my car was there at showroom.I went for it.I told them that i will insure my car from new india insurance but they rejected my choice and took 28000 rs for insurance which was of just rs 16000 and told me that its hyundai company rule to have insurance from showroom itself.i wanted it in written but they did not provided me Then came the last billing they took more 10000 rs in final billing saying that the price of car has been increased.How is it possible when i had booked car 3 mts back.it was so frustating for me they took almost 30000 more amount than they commited and with 3 mts waiting.I have all booking document with me.Will never deal again with hyundai Worst experince

                              Hi Team, I have booked a Hyundai i20 active S(Petrol) Polar white on October 10th at Utkal Hyundai Jeypore, Odisha. At the time of booking dealer assured me that he will try to deliver before 23rd (That is dashera) or he will deliver by this month end. As dashera (23rd oct) is over, and i certainly understand it is not possible to deliver so quickly, i have called the dealer to ask about the possible date of delivery. As he was telling me by the month end deliver for sure, so i need to know the possible date so that i can go that place as i am working in Hyderabad. But today when asked to tell about some date, he was replying rudely like, i don't want to talk now. When it will come i will inform. I can not tell you the date. If you want take the vehicle wati for my call or cancel. And his tone was very high and indescent. he used some local slangs also. Was it way to behave to a customer. if you can not deliver on a promised date then you can explain and asked me to wait for some more days politely. Please let me know how to go ahead with my booking with such a arrogant dealer and what is Hyundai's take on this. And when i talk to a customer care they said there is no authorised dealer at this location. Then how the dealer is delivering the hyundai vehicles. And who is responsible for all this things.                                 I have purchased a santro xing lpg fully loaded on 12/08/2014, but unfortunately after few months my car shows some problems in its lpg kit like overrace, less mileage, and most important the engine becomes off on road when the car is runing on road, i almost have checked it about 10 times at service center in srinagar but unfortunately my problem is still there so plz help me to get rid from these problems otherwise i will go consumer court

                                  I am writing this complaint after all visit at safdarjung hyundai, udyog vihar phase 4 gurgaon, haryana. I have been struggling badly with the repair of my car. I have purchase new verna 4s from the same dealer on 09/06/2015 and with in 4 months of my purchase there is bad noise in the clutch from second service and i have sent my car back to the dealer for the repair which they could n't and been asked me to get it repaired on the 3rd service and during my third service i have reminded them about my old complaint which they couldn't repair on my last two visits and they have assured me that the complaint will be resolved and i have also asked them to check the suspensions too. I was aware about the fact the team in the service centre is not equipped to repair the clutch issue and the same happened when i reached for the pick up of my car after the service, the car had the same complaint and to all my surprises they have not even bothered to check the suspensions of the car. When i asked them they said they will ask the seniors on the repair. Now, finally they have start ignoring my complaints and i have nothing in my hands apart from listening to them. I need help to solve my car issues else due to poor service and mental stress i am planing to sell this car. Where after sale service is an issue.

                                    My name is Ankita Sinha. I stay at Kandivali East in Mumbai.On 8/03/15 i booked sports model of i10grande from Shree ram hyundai mahavir nagar kandivali (W) (Invoice no -3115). They promised to give the delivery of the car within 15 days, so we did whole payment of Rs 6 lakhs 6 thousand. Once 15 days was over it was communicated to me that the showroom has been sold off to Kamala Nissan, hence delivery will be delayed. I cooperated with them but they kept postphoning the delivery. Almost every saturday of june and july i tried meeting managers/head of the showroom but i was not allowed stating that they are not here. On July 27th after a lot of follow up i asked them to refund my money. They told it will be done by 17th of August. I was also given a written confirmation of the same from Madhu Wadkar. Again after the specified date CEO Mr Anil Jagtiani (anil.[protected]@kamalanissan.co.in, contact no - [protected]) and Manager Madhu Wadkar (madhu.[protected]@kamalanissan.com, contact no - [protected]) of Kamala nissan confirmed that their operational issues have been resolved and my car will be delivered by 22nd Sep or i will get the full payment by 26th Sep I thought let's wait for 1 more month but again they refused to deliver the car. After a lot of persuasion and police complaint they gave cheque of the whole amount without interest but it bounced off. I tried contacting Mr Anil Jagtiani and the Manger Madhu Wadkar but they didnt respond. These people have cheated me and the showroom is a complete fraud. There are lot others who are facing the same problem. If i donot get my money i will be left with no other option but to file a legal complaint against hyundai motors india and shree ram hyundai. I always admired hyundai motors for their cars but i am sorry to say your dealership is worst. Please help!!! Regards Ankita Sinha

                                        Guys I have purchased HYUNDAI CRETA just a month back from MAHADEV HYUNDAI FARIDABAD and I have received a defected product from company as there a manufacturing fault in cars as per hyundai people both with the steering wheel and with automatic gear box and now they are not even responding properly, As at the time of sale they are so good and now they treat you as whu are you .
