My santro car bearing reg. # ka03mb2894 is sparingly used in the city of bangalore and never been to any coastal areas at all. Since 2008 there are offical records to prove that the body line & the cross member is rusting but never was there an inspection to check the reason for this accelerated rusting. Remarkably poor product quality from Hyundai. I have been facing problems right from the time i have bought this car. 2013 i20 Asta petrol. 1) Within the first 300 kms of my purchase of the car, the wheel alignment went off centre to LH.
