Hyundai India — purchase date of my next gen verna car not updated in mail server | |||||
I purchased hyundai nex gen verna car on oct 2017 from lms hyundai, port blair. 3years map update was promised by hyundai. But lms hyundai service center denied map update as they don't have the software with them. I tried to download the same from hyundai website. After entering the vehicle details, it shows my 'your car purchase date is not in our data base'. I contacted lms hyundai and they asked me to register a complaint in hyundai customer care. I registered the concern on customer care with ref no. 1-[protected] on 14 feb 2019. After that i have made a minimum of 50 calls to customer care regarding this case, but they are simply neglecting it. I have spoken to some sales manager and service manager on hyundai chennai also, as directed by customer care. But still the issue is not resolved. In last 2 years i dont get any map update as promised by hyundai, and even i am unable to register my car in hyundai website, as the purchase date of my car is not updated in their server. First they told me your AC coil is not working n amount is 10000 around than I told them give back my car I don’t want to repair . After half an hour they called me and said there is compressor valve problem. They are lier they just want big billing amount
