Hyundai — insurance related issue for new car | |||
This is to inform you that i have purchased new hyundai santro on 8th december 2018, i received quotation of the car from hyundai ponda goa, to submit in bank including zero dep insurance. I have already submitted the quotation to bank and according to that the payment has been received by hyundai showroom and now hyundai staff is saying its not a zero dep insurance they did a printing mistake while giving me the invoice, but i have already paid total amount of the car. This is the improper work done by hyundai and now they are saying its not possible for the zero dep insurance. Where as i confirmed with the aditya birla insurance customer care they said its possible to convert a normal insurance to zero dep insurance from nearest care dealer but hyundai is not helping me out to solve the problem. I am really very upset with the service provided by hyundai. I need proper explanation for this. I hope my problem will get solved as soon as possible. Don't spoil reputation of company with misguiding the customers. Please give proper training to your staff. Was this information helpful? | |||
