Dear Sir,
Due to bit accident i have handed over my Eon Magana Car Reg No. HP56-4566 to KC MART ( Hyundai Authorsed Work Shop) Jammu dated on 18/12/2013.
After receiving estimate cost of repair, i paid Rs. 50000 advance as demanded by KC Hyundai Jammu dated on 25/12/2013, for the proceeding of repair work.
But till date my car is not ready. Reason for delay non availability of few spare parts by hyundai motor. Neither they are providing me any tentative date for delivery of car.
Kindly look in to the matter soon to provide required spare to avoid further delay in repair work.
