Hyundai Motor India — 1st car service not provided properly | |
I wish to inform that last month I have purchased a new HUNDAI venue, WB02AR3901, my 1st service was due on this month. when i went to Gajraj Hyundai, Saltlake branch for servicing, they asked me to have rust coating under the car and said Rs 3400 will be charged approx. and it will be done after proper cleaning and washing to car. when i came back to take my car after 3 hrs, i was surprised to see that the car was not washed or cleaned under neth. and the coating was done over the dust. when i raised the complain, they gave a free washing voucher and a discount of Rs 300 to compensate on it stating their water jet was not working. when i checked the car a nail was found in one of the tyre. on request they remove the nail which was almost 2 inch big. i asked them to check the tyre if it has been damaged, they checked and said it is everything ok. but when i returned home i found the tyre was leaking and it was punctured. i have to replace with the reserve tyre. my question is that how such a big brand like hyundai can be so liberal or non professional with their work. i am highly dis satisfied the way i was handled and the kind of third class service was given to me. we send our car to your work shop thinking what ever is damaged or not working properly would be rectified, but here they have just made formalities and no proper service was given. i want a written explanation of the work done by your end and on the punctured tyre why it was not checked properly and rectified.
