Writing this letter with great regret that from depositing the a/c payee cheque for perchashing a i-10 grand sportz from mukesh hyundai, kestopur. Your sales personal was never transparent following receiving the cheque. They were of seperate persons than before in my knowledge.
It was sales mans duty to handover all relevant papers and important documents during handover of the car which they did not done. I have to chase every time personally or over phone to get each of the items which they promised before perchashing the car and exchange of my old car (Chevrolet u-va). Till date the smart card is not received by me which was deposited to your showroom for correction of address (The date being 8th of june 2016). The sales personal and the customer care attendants did not know how to deal with a senior citizen like me with their false and baseless promises each time for this last six months.
Lastly the pollution test and insurance renewal of my car are due shortly, but without smart card i am helpless.
Kindly enquire the matter and try to solve the problem which i am facing. Hope a speedy reply from you and expect a phone call from you as early as possible, as your phone number is not available.
