I purchased hyundai xcent car in august 2014. It was my 3rd hyundai car.
I reported ac problem in may 2016. Reply given to me was : we had clean filters and ac condenser so problem will not persist.
But in september 2016 they told me that cooling cool is leaked. It have to be changed.
Point to be noted : they didn't clear it before expiry of warrant. They told fact affer expiry of warranty.
I got cooling coil changed and made full payment in 2016.
Now in 2019, start of summer, i reported ac problem again. They told me gas to filled and ac filter to be changed.
I got it done and paid for both.
Again on 25th may i reported ac problem.
Reply given to me: gas is leaked. Cooling coil to be changed.
I got it done. Cooling coil changed and payment made by me.
Now on 26th may (Today), same problem persisting.
My objections are:
1. Whether car is faulty or parts fitted/supplied by hyundai motors are faulty?
2. Is hisar hyundai (Service centre) is changing original parts or duplicate parts?
3. Whether parts changed or not? If changed then were they new parts or used parts fitted in my car?
4. Who will be responsible for some locks broken by service centre during repair work?
As if in such a short duration, i got :
2 cooling coils replaced
1 ac regulator replaced
1 clutch replaced
Should i trust your company?
If company is trustworthy then who is at fault?
Hyundai morors?
Hisar hyundai?
Parts supplying company?
Persons doing service and replacing parts?
And i will take this matter seriously.
Not only you will loss your 15 years old customer (Me) but also i will told many about such deficiencies and recommended them not to buy hyundai cars.
