Hyundai Motor India — AC vents manufacturing problem

Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchased a Hyundai Verna (RJ14 CY 2320) car on 1st January 2015 from MORANI HYUNDAI, Tonk Road, Jaipur ( Raj). Few days ago i got to know the car has manufacturing defect in its AC Vents as I started AC its AC vents directions clips of three vents broken up Then i called up to MORANI HYNDAI and conversation had with MS. Bhawana & Ms. Vandana for my complain but didn’t get any positive response from both of them, They said to me it’s a plastic body part it’s not come into warranty so i have to pay for this and I got hurted by Bahwana’s rude behaviour as a GM she need to be very polite with customers .You are requested to consider my problem earliest.
