Hyundai Motor India — accelerator not working

I have purchased a hyundai xcent car in moth of august 2014 (Wb20ag1865) and car has covered the distance 23920km. Recently car's accelerator has failed in running condition. I have shown it in service centre they are saying car's central controlling system ha damaged. But ho it can be happened without any accident as car has covered distance 23920km only. I think it is manufacturing defect. Please look into the matter and replace it free of cost.

I Bought a car. Brand Hyundai Grand i10 at 1september2017. but no issues my RTO Number last 26days. While I paid all payments.
Plz issue my RTO Numbre.
