After a very long waiting period I got my vehicle on 06/11/2020.
I paid Rs.5000 for basic accessories kit and 1300 for so called door visor and Rs.8500/- for seat cover.
Now here comes the real stuff, when i checked mobis app i came to know about the scam these people are running
1.Floor mat-Rs.899
2.Door visor-Rs.1199
3.Perfume-Rs.389
4.Non slip dash mat-Rs.149
5.Neck rest-Rs.799
6.Mud Flap-don't know the MRP, but considering the price of previous gen Rs.769
7.Tissue box-Rs.599
So the total would be Rs.4803 and I paid Rs.6300.The difference is Rs.1497/-.
I highly doubt that the stuff they provide is genuine or not.!!!
My doubt is that..How can a firm charge a customer above the MRP? And they have denied me a GST bill for the above said items.
2.Seeing the seat covers in MOBIS i specifically asked them for a model with PU-Fabric combo, but they said the hyundai genuine seat covers are useless and they promised me their own branded seat covers saying that its far better that the OEM seat covers. Trusting them I paid the whole money (Rs.8500/-)in advance and left the car at showroom for seat cover fitment. When i returned from my office in evening, I was shocked to see the poor quality of seat cover material they have used. When i confronted the so called accessories person, he arrogantly asked me to take the car and leave.
I shouldn't have never trusted these people, they didn't even show me the material they were going to use for the seat cover and convinced me it will be the same as Stanley quality.
I demand a full refund for seat covers, new OE seats and the rest of the money they took me for the accessories.
