Hyundai Motor India — accidental claim | |||
My name is Jaya Aswani, [protected]. I bought Hyundai Verna in February 2019 from Koncept Hyundai, Kailash Colony. I met with an accident while traveling from Saket to Greater Noida on June 16 and was forced to apply panic brakes as the vehicle ahead of mine also met with the same fate and ultimately, my car banged on that vehicle. All this happened because of a bull crossing the road. I went to Koncept Hyundai, Okhla, Service Centre, to get the accidental claim. The person sitting at the body shop gave me one claim form and i was informed to submit it along with other documents. I told him to send someone to collect the documents and leave my vehicle at Okhla Service Centre, but he refused. Today (June 17) I called Koncept Hyundai Okhla office where i noticed the unethical behaviour of the receptionist as she was unable to connect me to the concerned officers. i asked her for pick up of my vehicle and i was told that the pickup is already booked for one week and after that she disconnected the phone. Is this the way Hyundai treat its customers? The sales department treats u so well at the time u buy a new vehicle but it was really unprofessional of being in a denial mode at the time of service/accidental claims at the your end.
