Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that, I made some maintenance work of my I20 magna in Aditya Hyundai Bhubaneswar on 28th May 2022. That day they checked that blower was not working and AC also. They ordered FATC which was not available in store and delivered my car and instructed to come after receiving FACT.
Again I handed over my car for repair my AC on 21st June 2022. They changed the FATC, blower register, thermal sensor, cooling coil, filled the gas then told me that problem is in compressor & you have to change it, they even not dismental from engine and check . Up to this they billed me 13 thousand rupees and again told to spend 28 thousand rupees for compressor.
I denied to replace my compressor and handover my car in running condition without changing the ac compressor.
First they forced to pay the bill with out any question, as I had come from 150 kilometer to repair my car, I silently pay the billed amount. Then forced to sign customer satisfaction report, I signed on it and delivered my car with unfitted some parts, With broken dashbord. They took 3 days to do the job.
After this horrible incident I sadly took my car and show to outside mechanic and told the incident, he checked all the parts which were removed by Aditya Hyundai Bhubaneswar,
and confirmed me that the due to blower register switch was not working, he shown me the removed FATC blower switch continuity with a multymeter and it was ok, Same thermal sensor was ok, cooling coil was also ok, there was no leak. Unnecessary they changed these items and took the charge and fitting charge.
The problem was in compressor valve. The out side mechanic just cleaned the valve and fit the same, filled the gas and AC started working.
As customer of hyundai how I can believe on you.
