I have given my santro car for service. Also informed that washing is very poor.in next service in advance informed that washing is not satisfactory, after service washing is too bad. Branch manager and service adviser is not professional. After this service, 2 days later i noticed that ac is not working. I informed by phone and agreed to they will look into this. I left my car for checking and service adviser saying that condenser is went, need to be replaced. How its possible before service ac is fine and after that its not working. Service adviser mr guru saying that there might be small leakage so that all gas leaked out. This is not the correct! Okay, if this is the case how long it will take to leak entire gas. Mr guru told that it may take 3 to 6 months!!! And the branch manager convincing me to change the condenser that they have in stock, are you planning to change the car... I strongly believe that they have done some accident with my car either inside the service center or outside, so that condenser got damaged. Are they really trained or qualified? My sincere request to all hyundai valid customer, please do not visit advaith hyundai service center at graphite india signal, its worst service center. Was this information helpful? |
