Hyundai Motor India — Advance deposit not returned

Dear Sir/Madam
Since last 8 months I am chasing SPS hyundai, Thiruvallur for the Booking of the hyundai CRETA

I had to cancel my order as I was flying out of chennai, hence with the original receipt and letter I had submitted the documents for return of the advance of Rs 25, 000/- they never returned back my money and now they don't pick my phone

I am planning to go ahead with consumer complaint

Please help
