Hyundai Motor India — Against safdarjang service center, udyog vihar, gurgaon very poor service and hit my car twice during pickup and drop from both side | |||
Dear sir I am very upset from your authorised service center safdarjang, udyog vihar, gurgaon. They pick my hyundai grand i10 for second free service and return it with the scratches on the left side of driver including bumper. I show it on the spot to the driver and he agree with this. They took the car for repair. When i went there as called by supervisor then i saw that they again hit my car from the right side. It was the very bad experience for me. Hyundai always says that customer should always get their car service from only authorized service center. How can one go after having such a bad experience.
