Would like to infom you that we have booked i20 SportZ on 30 Sept 2014 vide SBI cheque no 168041 in SAMARA HYUNDAI New Delhi. At time of booking the vehicle suppose to deliver after a week time. But showroom was not able to do the same. Finally On 14th November 14 we visited the showroom & got to know that I have to pay Rs. 10000/-( Ten Thousand) extra on my car. During the visit we are not happy with the manner of the representative(Jai Prakash). It was very unprofessional approach. We also want to inform you that we have not signed the satisfaction letter as well. Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
