It is to inform you that i purchased my vehicle from koncept hyundai on 5th of august. On 11th of september car got hit from behind due to negligence of other driver. I submitted my vehicle on the very next day to koncept service, okhla, New Delhi. Initial nteraction was not good there, I never felt like that my vehicle is only 38 days old that too purchased from same Koncept, they have me final report where they were reapairing some of the parts instead of replacing it, they argued alot as they cant do much as insurance company isnt allowing that, i have taken the zero depp insurance from koncept only, then i talked to hdfc ergo employee, he was so rude and arrogant, he told me the total estinate of 22000 for whole work which he detailed it to do it roadside as i wasnt liking the resoonse from koncept, Finally i left my car there as we came to some point, i got my car after 12 days approx. As soon i saw my car, i was so disappointed by seeing the quality work loke bad dent work, panel.gaps were there, dent inside the car was seen clearly, after few days i noted bad quality paint also, car was looking so bad from rear and not to mention hardly car was 2 month old. Hyundai literally disappointed to my core. Such rude behaviour and experience made me regret buying hyundai car Was this information helpful? |
