There are 3 experiences for same in same service centre of Hyundai Sharayu Turbhe In first servicing the diesel was spilled in deivers cabin and no action was taken even after intimation Second servicing it was informed in writting to change the headlight bulb. When received the car all the parameters were ticked ✔️ but my headlight bulb was not even checked. I had complained to Hyundai and within 10 mins road side safety vehicle came to my residence and changed the bulb. Its about genuinity of the service of other parameters like oil, filters etc Now the third experience of april2016 I reviewed a call from service engineer for a.c servicing, to which my reply was very clear and also acknowledged by service engineer that not to touch any part of the a.c. Still in the evening when i went to collect the wehicle, they had touched the ac and was billed. Within 15 days the ac got leaked and had to replace the coil and had to bear expenses of 8300/- I don't know what was wrong with ac. I wouldn't call it aging as its only 2 yrs and 8 months old verna fluidic. Only 30k km done When got it replaced and was told while leaving the car that i will not be able to collect the car. I had a worst experience of arrogance and rude behaviour from both service engineer as well as Agm service Mr Louis. I will never get my cars serviced from Sharayu but if this is the scenario with other service centres also. Then i will feel i had taken a very wrong decision by buying two Hyundai cars Was this information helpful? | |||
