This is harish from banglore. Yestarday i give a complaint regarding tyre issues. Today your blue hyundai customer care manager sushma called me shé scolding me. Without inform her i send a complaint mail. For complaint mail i should take a permission from the manager or not? She told me you send a complaint mail to hyundai comany take the help from hyundai company we won't help your any problems don't call me in future and she disconnected the call. One thing i will tell you i purchased hyundai company car. Not blue hyundai car. I believe hyundai company i don't believe blue hyundai. So many problems i faced in blue hyundai. Worst service. Low quality products. Fake promotion. Cheating. Before buying car they will take care of customers. After deliveried the vehicle they don't care. If any problem comes customer only suffer.
