My Alcazar was stolen by theives parked in front of my house on 3.30Am 10th April 2023. I did not get any notification on bluelink, no alarm. No update on status, nothing. They broke the window glass and took away the car easily.
This BlueLink was so poor and of no use at all.
I feel cheated by Hyundai and its customer service.
I lost my Car valued around 18 lacs.
