Hyundai Motor India — Booking amount not refunded | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have made a payment of Rs 11000 as booking amount but your sales person unable to fulfill my requirements and the booking cancelled it on August 21.after three months Rs 7460 has been credited in my account as booking refunded. Why my full amount not credited???. As you have failed to deliver the required car on time hence i have made the cancelation then why should i pay for extra charges.also you have not informed me about the cancelation charges before cancelling my booking. And cancelation done on August and you have paid the lesser amount after three months. Kindly refund my rest amount as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
